Using CuteFTP
First you will need to download CuteFTP and then install it on your system, you can do that here. Once installed, launch the program and procede through the following steps to get connected and begin uploading to your account.
Open the FTP menu and click on the Quick Connect
For Host Address enter your domain name or IP address
For Initial Remote Directory enter /web
For Host Type enter Auto-Detect
User ID: The User ID that was given to you when you signed up for an account with Buzin.net
Password: The Password that was given to you when you signed up for an account with Buzin.net
Click on the Ok button
If you receive any type of error, make sure you check the following items.
Is your User ID Correct?
Is your Password Correct?
Is your domain/IP Correct? In most cases you should be able to use one of the following IP addresses, depending on which server you are physically hosted on. 216.2.99.65 or 216.2.100.124.
If you still can't seem to get connected please contact Buzin's technical support with the exact error reported by CuteFTP.
